ReturnEligibility
Standard Helmets & Parts
Returns are only accepted with prior written consent. Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery and returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Custom Orders
Due to their made-to-order nature, custom helmets and paint jobs are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.
Condition of Item
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds&Fees
Restocking Fee
All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same eligibility and return process outlined above. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered based on the return policy conditions.
