Stage 1

We begin by understanding your goals. Whether it’s a full restoration, repainting, padding replacement, or electronics inspection, we tailor the refurbishment to your exact needs.

This stage sets the foundation—everything starts with a clear understanding of what you expect from your Horus helmet post-refurbishment.

Stage 2

We request high-quality images of your Horus helmet, including front, sides, top, interior, and any custom features. This lets our team:

Identify the specific Horus model
Assess wear and tear
Determine paint or decal work
Evaluate padding, wiring, and exterior shell condition

Stage 3

Based on our inspection, we prepare a detailed checklist unique to your helmet. Common services include:

Shell refinishing and repainting

You’ll receive a tailored work scope with expected lead time and cost estimate.

Stage 4

Once you review and approve the proposal, we finalize the order and arrange for your helmet’s shipment to our refurbishment center. , we may require a downpayment to secure the job.

Stage 5

The helmet arrives at our facility and is:

Disassembled and documented
Cleaned, stripped, and prepped
Repainted (if needed) in factory-spec or custom finish
Fitted with fresh interiors, visors, seals, and components

We only use Horus-original or approved replacement parts to maintain safety, integrity, and authenticity.

Typical turnaround: 7 weeks, depending on the extent of refurbishment.

Stage 6

Once refurbishment is complete, your helmet undergoes a thorough inspection. We’ll send you final photos, confirm all updates, and ship the helmet back only when we’re confident it meets Horus standards.

Before release, any balance dues are settled.
