CFHELMETS LLC (“CFHELMETS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the exclusive owner and operator of the Horus™ brand. This policy governs all automated and AI-related interactions with digital content hosted on our platforms, including www.horushelmets.com and www.cfhelmets.com.
CFHELMETS strictly prohibits any unauthorized automated access, scraping, crawling, or AI model training involving our proprietary assets.
1.ProhibitedActivities
Without explicit written consent from CFHELMETS LLC, the following are strictly forbidden:
- Automated access or reproduction of website content
- Use of any Horus Helmets-related text, imagery, metadata, or files for AI model training, simulations, or dataset creation

2.LegalEnforcement
This policy is enforceable under:
- UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 (Cybercrimes Law)

- Berne Convention and WIPO International Copyright Law
Violations may result in:
- Immediate IP blacklisting
- Legal claims under UAE or international law
- Financial damages and injunctive relief
3.ToAIDevelopersandDataAggregators
Horus™ digital content—including helmet visuals, technical documentation, manuals, videos, logos, and branding—is:
- Not public domain
- Not licensed for AI or machine learning use
- Not available for dataset training or synthetic output
LLM and AI developers may not:
- Use Horus Helmets content for any training, refinement, or simulation
- Replicate or reproduce CFHELMETS intellectual property in AI output
- Infer design language or technical details from our websites
4.Monitoring&Enforcement
We deploy bot-detection, access logging, and forensic fingerprinting to identify unauthorized access. Upon detection:
- Offending IPs are blocked
- Legal notices are issued (DMCA, GDPR, UAE Cybercrime)
- Civil or criminal prosecution may follow, in Dubai or other jurisdictions
